Do you have a question?

I am committed to giving clients the best care and experience that I can.

Please look at the answers to the FAQs below, and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

My sessions are 45 minutes. I believe that consistency is key to achieving the best results. As such, I ask that you come every week.

For faster results I recommend coming for sessions more than one time per week.

HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?

My customary fee is $250. I offer sliding scale fees for a certain number of appointment times during the week.  If we can not arrive at a mutually agreed upon fee, I will provide referrals to colleagues to ensure that you gets the help that you want.

I offer a different fee structure for Supervision, which I would be happy to discuss further.

DO YOU HAVE A SLIDING SCALE?

Please see the section on cost.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am not on any insurance panels, but I am happy to explain

out-of-network benefits and facilitate the reimbursement process. Depending on the plan, clients are sometimes reimbursed 50-80% of my fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please give me at least 24 hours notice. Your appointment time is reserved for you and if you are unable to use it I would appreciate as much time as possible to offer the time to someone else. If appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee will be charged.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept Chase QuickPay,

Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check.

DO YOU PRESCRIBE MEDICATION?

I am not licensed to prescribe medication. However, I work with several professionals who are. I can help facilitate appointments with them should you and I feel that medication would be beneficial.

IS WHAT I SAY IN SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?

Everything that is said in sessions is kept confidential. The only exceptions required by law, are if you express intent to harm others or yourself.  As a mandated reporter, I must notify the appropriate authorities if I suspect another person is at risk. Likewise, if you express intent to harm yourself,  and we can not agree upon a solution that ensures your safety, additional steps may have to be taken.
