I have have a two year post-masters certificate in clinical supervision. I have provided supervisory services to social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists for over a decade. I find the teaching and collaboration required of supervision tremendously rewarding. My style is eclectic, drawing on psychodynamic, attachment and mindfulness orientations.

I work with adults in individual sessions. In our sessions, we will work to address current or long standing issues. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. You will gain insight as to why patterns of thought and behavior originated, and how to shift them to ones that will let you feel more fulfilled.

I believe that, in order to be effective, therapy has to fit each individual. I strive to make each treatment personal.
